- Resume/CV content you upload or paste.
- Job descriptions and job URLs you provide.
- Your email address and authentication details.
- Assessment results generated for your account.
- Basic product analytics (page views, feature usage) used to improve reliability.
2. Storage of uploaded content
Uploaded CVs and job descriptions may be stored in our database to (a) generate and re-display your assessments, (b) maintain your assessment history, and (c) improve the quality of our service. We do not publish your uploaded content.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your recruiter-style assessments.
- To improve the quality of the platform and underlying models.
- For internal product analytics and reliability monitoring.
4. We do not sell your personal data
HireDome AI does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
5. Right to data deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@hiredome.app. On request, we will delete your assessments, uploaded CV records, feedback, and contact messages, and anonymize your profile.
6. AI-generated guidance, not hiring decisions
Assessment results, ATS scores, and interview probabilities are AI-generated guidance only. They are not hiring decisions and are not produced by, endorsed by, or shared with any employer.
7. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you upload. Do not upload other people's personal data without their consent.
8. Data security
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security so users can only read their own data.
9. International Privacy
HireDome AI is designed to respect international privacy standards. As the platform grows we may update this policy to reflect GDPR, UK GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
