HireDome AI provides AI-generated career guidance, including resume analysis, recruiter-style feedback, and job-fit assessments.
2. Advisory only
All AI-generated assessments, scores, and recommendations are advisory only and should not be treated as professional career, legal, or recruitment advice.
3. No guarantees of outcome
HireDome AI does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment outcomes, or any specific result from using the service.
4. Service availability
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance or experience outages without prior notice.
5. Ownership of uploaded content
You retain ownership of any resume, job description, or other content you upload. You grant HireDome AI a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service and to improve quality, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Acceptable use & account suspension
Abuse, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk submissions, or any misuse of the service is prohibited. HireDome AI may suspend or terminate abusive or fraudulent accounts at its sole discretion.
8. Future paid subscriptions & refunds
Some features may become available only with paid subscriptions in the future. When paid subscriptions are introduced, a refund policy will be published and will apply to those subscriptions. Free features remain free until otherwise stated.
9. AI Limitations
AI-generated assessments, recruiter verdicts and recommendations may occasionally contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before making important career decisions.
10. Changes
HireDome AI may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By accessing or using HireDome AI, you accept these Terms of Service.
