1. Digital assessment credits

HireDome AI sells digital assessment credits. Each credit allows you to run one recruiter-style assessment against a job description. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and added to your account balance.

2. Non-transferable credits

Assessment credits are non-transferable. They are tied to the account that purchased them and cannot be moved, sold, or gifted to another user or account.

3. Validity of unused credits

Unused credits remain available in your account during their validity period. You may use them at any time while your account is active. The specific validity period is shown at the time of purchase.

4. Refund requests

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We review the circumstances of each request, including purchase date, usage history, and the nature of the issue reported.

5. Technical failures

If a technical failure on our side prevents a report from being generated after a credit is consumed, you may qualify for a refund or a credit replacement at our discretion. Please include relevant details (assessment ID, timestamp, and error description) when contacting support.

6. Completed assessments

Completed assessments are generally non-refundable because the digital service has already been delivered. Once a report is generated and made available to you, the credit is considered used.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a technical issue, please contact us through the Contact page. Include your account email, purchase details, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

9. Original Payment Method

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

10. Changes to this policy

HireDome AI may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
